Get ESPN WCH Team Record
Value
A fastRhockey_data tibble with one row per record type
(overall/home/away) when data is available. The /record endpoint
currently returns an empty response for WCH; an empty tibble is returned
with a cli warning. Columns when populated include team_id,
description, type, summary, and one numeric column per stat.
Columns when populated:

| team_id | character | ESPN team identifier (echoed from the argument). |
| description | character | Record description. |
| type | character | Record type (overall, home, away). |
| summary | character | Record summary string, e.g. '10-5-1'. |
| numeric | One column per ESPN stat on the record, named by janitor::make_clean_names() of the stat name. |
Details
League slug womens-college-hockey; season is the END year (2026 = 2025-26). Same ESPN helper as espn_nhl_team_record() (columns inherited); a collection may be empty.
